Clean Cut Windows & Doors COVID-19 PSA

Dear customers and friends,

For the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities, we at Clean Cut Windows & Doors have implemented a new policy regarding our procedures throughout the COVID-19 pandemic which will allow us to continue staying open and serve our customers in the safest manner possible.

We feel that the best way to serve you in light of COVID-19 is to closely follow the guidelines set by the Department of Health and our state and health officials. Therefore, we are introducing video consultations to limit in-person contact and have provided our install team with strict sanitization guidelines to ensure complete sanitization on the day of install at your home. Please read below to learn more about our video consultation program.

We want you to know we are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers, and anyone else we come in contact with, safe and healthy. We take great pride in the trust you put in Clean Cut Windows & Doors. This notice is to inform you as to the steps we are taking at Clean Cut Windows & Doors to protect our employees, their families and our customers.

Our hearts and prayers go out to those who have been infected. We pray that our communities rally together to support each other during this difficult time. Shop local, help the elderly and neighbors, make donations to the local shelters and food pantries…anything helps. Together, we will all prevail. We at Clean Cut Windows & Doors want to do our part in helping out those in need. We are starting with an initial donation to the Hill Country Community Ministries which will help feed 100 people in need. In 2001, when 9/11 hit, our local food pantries saw a clientele increase of 86% within 3-6 months. With students no longer attending school and groceries being harder to come by, we know there will be families who are hit hard in our local community. Moving forward, in order to do our part, we will make a donation to the Hill Country Community Ministries for every window or door purchase made throughout this pandemic

Video Consultation Program

Although we prefer to do in-home consultations to get measurements and fully learn about your needs in order to recommend the best options for you, it is still very possible to do it remotely. We can schedule a call via video app that you have already installed on your device. From there, we will walk you through taking exact measurements in a matter of a couple of minutes, have you snap a few photos, and provide us with a description of what you are wanting done. We may ask some follow up questions and have you snap a couple more pictures so we have a full understanding of the layout. Our call shouldn’t take any longer than 15 minutes unless you have a large amount of custom sized windows you are needing replaced. You can expect an estimate shortly after our call is over. If preferred, you can also send the necessary measurements and pictures via email or text instead of the video call. Whichever is easiest for you!

STEPS WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED

All employees who are not involved in the install are now required to work from home.

All employees working in fulfillment, quality control or the warehouse are required to use hand sanitizer when arriving at the building.

No one is allowed to enter our office or warehouse center including visitors, UPS, USPS, FedEx or anyone else making deliveries or picking up packages.

Any employee experiencing any type of cold, allergy or flu like symptom is required to stay at home. We are paying all employees who are sick while at home.

We are cleaning all fulfillment, bathroom and kitchen surfaces throughout the day.

All employees touching inventory are required to wear gloves even though initial reports show the virus will only live on cardboard surfaces for 24 hours.

Everyone is requested to be extra vigilant to observe and hold each other accountable.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES & TIPS FOR EVERYONE

Avoid touching and exchanging money.

Avoid all public places including stores, restaurants, bars etc.

Avoid being around anyone experiencing any type of cold, allergy or flu like symptoms.

Have all groceries and other items delivered to their homes.

Take health and wellness products such as vitamin C, CBD and immune building products that help support overall health and well being.

Use gloves when touching gas pumps, keypads, elevator buttons or anything else that must be touched.

Keep hand sanitizer in their cars and use it frequently.

Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.

As we learn new steps that can be taken, we are immediately implementing them.
