Our team is quick to respond to any inquiries regarding projects and can quickly be out for a consultation to help determine your project needs and provide guidance. Once we have started a project, our team is prompt in response to any questions about the project and we’ll provide an accurate time frame for your project to be finished. Once your windows or doors have been produced, we will work with you to schedule a time for our install crew to come by. The overall process from ordering to install can vary depending on the type of windows or doors needed. Our our team will keep you in the loop via phone and email as of now but in the near future we are releasing a project tracking software so the customer can view where the project stands at any time by visiting their project portal.
